Durata 8 ore: Partenza da “Hotel o porto in Bari ” per la Masseria Brancati, situata in una distesa di ulivi plurisecolari della Marina di Ostuni. L’escursione presso la masseria, prevede la visita del frantoio e la degustazione di tre tipi di olio accompagnati da alcune friselle. Di seguito partenza per Ostuni, detta “la città Bianca” per via del suo caratteristico centro storico che, un tempo era completamente dipinto con calce bianca. Sosta per il pranzo libero. Nel pomeriggio partenza per Polignano a Mare graziosa cittadina, abbarbicata su un promontorio roccioso a picco sul mare, dove si potranno visionare suggestive stradine, piccole case e corti imbiancate dalle calce con incantevoli terrazze che fanno del centro storico di Polignano a Mare una meta turistica di primordine. La città è anche rinomata per i suoi deliziosi gelati.
